Why don’t you guys do full services not just repair. Due to the volume and speed and due to you guys can handle it’s a one stop shop. Oil changes & tire rotations. We are a fleet company so it would make sense if we could bring everything to you all vs just repairs. Scheduled service definitely should be you all for one stop shop

They admitted mistakes were made and provided restitution for out of pocket expenses. I'm not confident in the work performed.

Repairs were not fully complete. Communication was okay. Kept getting messages that my vehicle was ready and then it wasn't ready. When I picked it up, it had broken glass in the back and was soaking wet because back seal was not present

Employees at the front desk were accommodating but I received a phone call saying that my vehicle was ready to be picked up but I had to flag that the seal was not installed whatsoever which lead to a 3 day delay on top of a 2 week repair

Good morning one thing I will say you can always count on crash champion. They always get me right every time I have to go to them. I never have a problem. The customer service is beyond respected. They have a lot of respect they make sure you’re good from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave if you’re never experience a place like this, you should try crash champion they get more than five stars for me. I mean they get you right they make sure you’re good like I said from the time you walk in to the time you get out the door thanks so much grand champion if I can’t count on anyone else I know I can count on you guys. Thanks for all your hard work. My car look amazing. I’m still riding it. I haven’t had no complaints yet.

Repairs and process was great, everyone was friendly, but my car smells like someone sprayed paint inside of it, and this is over a week out and ive aired it out multiple times. I wish someone would’ve told me about that. I called and left a message but never heard back; also there was a small section where some adhesive strip was a little unglued…not the end of the world but the person who checked me out said they would reorder and give me a call to come get it fixed. I haven’t heard anything on that either, I appreciate your help but the communication side I feel like I have to do all the follow up/comms.
