The customer service at a repair shop can often be stressful, especially at one as prestigious as this. However, the attendant behind the counter was charming, personable, and made sure that both my car, the rental, and I were well taken care of. She was incredibly cordial, and even while managing a busy line, she expertly made every customer feel welcomed and important. It was truly a pleasure doing business here because of her professionalism, expertise, and warm attitude. Thank you for making what could have been a frustrating experience such a smooth and positive one.
