The whole experience was superior...after the trauma of my accident I was also expecting the repair process to be a hassle. But I was sooo wrong, everyone at Service King was amazing, professional and quick! Hopefully I won't need their services any time soon but I'll definitely recommend them.

I appreciated these aspects of my experience: When I call, Kathy is there (not an automated system), to respond. Sergio was welcoming, and explained the process to me. I was kept up to date with the repair. The repair was done earlier than expected. :-) And, Joe went out of his way to take care of the finishing details when I picked up the car. Fine service.
