Service was quick but not entirely correct. My running lights still do not work, the bezels surrounding them are loose, there is paint overspray on adjacent panels, and random (presumably preowned, but not matching) fasteners were used in a few places instead of ordering replacement ones. Invoice labels being charged for parts that are not present on the vehicle (bezels for lower trim levels without the running lights). But I didn’t pay for it so it’s whatever, that’s Allstate’s problem. My issue is that my truck isn’t how it was before it was hit. Can’t say I’d recommend coming here, ESPECIALLY if you’re paying out of pocket

Great experience! I chose the Haines Road location from their high Google review rating and they proved that they operate at a high customer service level. From the nice woman (didn’t catch her name) who welcomed me in and Heather who was my rep, the process was smooth. Communication on what to expect, timeline, etc was on point. Will recommend Crash Champions and specifically the Haines Road location to anyone looking for repair.

Por el choque la ventana del lado derecho no funciona y no se percataron de eso , Ahora Debo esperar por una llamada al seguro. Olvidaron colocar la Bombilla del lado derecho, Esto fue solucionado al dia siguiente/ pero Ahora queda pendiente la Ventada que no funciona. Gracias

Hay detalles que deben corregir, no es Correcto que uno tenga que volver al taller por olvido de un bombillo o porque no se percataron que una ventada no funciona.
