I would not recommend this shop based on the overall experience. The final repair is good now, but the process after pickup was very frustrating. The concern appeared immediately after the vehicle was released, yet I felt it was initially treated like it may not be covered or may not be the shop’s responsibility. I had to make a case for myself, take time away from work, and go back and forth to get the vehicle restored to pre-accident condition. I appreciate that it was eventually corrected, but the process should not have been that difficult.

The final repair appears good and the vehicle is functioning well now. However, the vehicle had to be returned after pickup because it was not fully restored to pre-accident condition at release.

Staff ultimately addressed the issue, but the follow-up process was frustrating. I felt I had to push for the concern to be taken seriously even though it appeared immediately after pickup.
