I told this company 2 times about the problem I have with my front yard and and then 2 times the age was not looked at. There was nothing on the repair. She said that they had anyone looked at it just by then, I'm not looking at what I said. I have a problem with let me know that they don't want to do a good job. 2 times I had a chance to fix this and 2 times they are not aggressive.The problem with my front end now , having to bring by a third time and i'm not a happy camper

Speed and f service and customer service arranging rental pickup/dropoff was great, however somewhat disappointed with repair of bumper per claimed what insurance would cover on a gouge on what was clearly plausible damage from the truck rear ending my vehicle so no I have a practically perfect bumper with 1 or more marks that look ridiculous and could or should have been easily sanded and painted as well as part of the bumper that was hit even if it was a courtesy and good customer service for a small spot that is an eyesore

Shops personnel was pretty good on communication and keeping up to date in a timely manner, I only would have liked possibly a phone call prior to repairs explaining the extent of the damage prior to repairs would have been nice
