I had my vehicle repaired at Crash Champions after an accident on 2/6, and I truly appreciate the level of service I received throughout the process. My car was dropped off around 2/9–2/10 and completed on 4/16. I especially want to recognize Patrick, my advisor—he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about making a stressful situation easier. When my insurance stopped covering my rental, Patrick went above and beyond by personally dropping me off at home, which meant a lot. Even more impressive, he delivered my vehicle right to my door once everything was completed. There was a suspension issue that came up after the repair, and while that ended up being related to a separate suspension shop (not Crash Champions), Patrick still handled everything with patience and professionalism, making sure I was taken care of. Customer service like this is rare. Patrick was kind, understanding, and consistently went the extra mile. Because of him, I would absolutely recommend Crash Champions to anyone needing repairs.
