We were scheduled an appointment right away and everything moved so quickly after that the car was ready way before it’s due time and Mr. Torres was very helpful and very clear on everything that was happening. Crash Champions did a wonderful job repairing my car after it was hit semi-severely in a parking lot while I was not present. Although it took longer than expected in the beginning to hear anything, Jennifer did everything possible to get my car repaired in a timely manner. I appreciate her drive to move forward and do all she could to help me.

Hi! I’m really satisfied with the repair results—everything looks great. I just had one question. My driver’s side door still won’t open using the button/switch inside the car, so I was wondering if that’s something that can be fixed as well. Since it seems to be related to the car’s electronic system/sensor, I’m not sure if it’s covered by the insurance, but I just wanted to ask. Overall, though, I’m very happy with everything. Thank you!
