Only if they live near by and are not in a rush, thus they should take their time to inspect their vehicle prior to dropping it off to Crash Champions.

Repair Quality

The initial repair seems great at first glance, but amount of dust inside the vehicle due to the lack of cleaning less from staff, there is a lot of room for improvement. Also, I did notice some glue residue left after repair. I'm not exactly happy with the outcome of the repair.

Customer Service

Staff was pretty professional on the paperwork process, but again they were conducting business for an insurance claim, thus that could play a role on their professionalism.

I left my car on Saturday for a front bumper repair and I thought my car would have been fixed on Friday. I got it a day early which was great and they had really good communication skills, calling me every time they have an update on my car. I loved that they had that communication with me. Loved the experience and the people there are great.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! Thank you to Jonathan for creating a smooth drop off for me and thank you to Mauricio for helping me during pickup. They both were able to answer all my questions and were very attentive. Thank you to the lady at the front desk too! I really appreciate everyone’s help, the accident and dropping off my car was very stressful to me as this was my very first and hopefully last time going through this experience but like I said everyone had such a positive attitude and were very nice!
