They made me pay without seeing the car . I had to bring back because of a part they were waiting for after they said it was done . The car had bubbles on its protective film and paint on the car . They did not sand down the paint after they did . Plus they did not wash car . Had to take to another body shop to get the car redone . Please do not go there awful place to do buisness

The repair on my Subaru Outback rear bumper looks great! However, I was told the repair would take approximately 3 days, and I called on February 4th to inform Crash Champions that I would bring my Subaru in on February 12th. I was expecting to have the Subaru repair completed so that I could pick up my Subaru on February 19th. My Subaru was not completed until February 20th, so I missed my Friday morning appointment because I had no transportation.

I didn’t give a 10 because it has. Little bump and the back door, it seems that you guys bumped the door with something, it has like something gooey, I took a picture, and it has a bit of a dent it.
