The frustrating part is that I had to ask someone to come and look at the final results of my vehicle repair upon pickup. My other experiences have been that the repair shop will walk around with me and point out the repairs done to ensure I am satisfied. I was handed my keys and had to state “let’s go take a look at the car.”

My bumper job took 2 weeks. It does not line up, stickers all over new parts on the bumper, broken parts that weren't broken, like radiator baffles just loose now. There was a plastic molding that was just hanging there. I had ask to look into some small paint work on the grill while it was in there and torn apart. Never heard anything, when I asked they said that the painter didn't want to. Im sure it would have been a couple hundred bucks more on the ticket! Tha communication is very poor. Now I want my truck fixed the right way. But I can't go back there.
