I would not recommend anyone to press champions, as the repair is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and the communication did not meet expectations whatsoever
Customer Service - 1.5/5.0 -
Little to no updates on the repair process. Timelines were all different between text updates, Carwise and Allstate, with completion date passed twice with no updates. Repairs took nearly six weeks

The gal at the front desk was great, friendly, and efficient. The communication from my service rep was very disappointing. 1. When I brought to car in, I was given a rough estimate of $800-1500 for the repair and told it usually only takes a few days. 2. I brought the car in on Wed am, Oct 15. I had been previously advised that leaving the car for 11 days was ok (I was leaving for vacation) 3. The automated texts I recieved were not helpful. On Tues, 21st, a text stated that an approval from AAA was needed, I had no idea this was holding up work progress and I needed to call and prompt them to sent an approval. I called CC on Friday 24th to arrange pick up Sat and was told no work had been done since Tues and I needed to call AAA for this approval. It would then be at least a few days more before it was ready. My car wasnt ready until Friday May 1. Repair took 16 days, I had to get a rental car. Terrible communication and customer service. It does appear that the body work was well done.
