The replaced door does not close properly. The seat belt on the replaced door does not work. The shop consultant “Charlie” told me that that’s the way it is going to be. I contacted Nationwide Insurance and I am going to the shop and attempt to speak with the manager. She was to busy to talk with me today

The shop representative had a did not care attitude. After inspecting the car he tossed me the keys and said just take the car. I notified Nationwide Insurance, they told me that someone from the shop would contact me to replace the seat belt. I have not heard from the shop
