The entire staff was exceptional from the very first phone call to the time I came to pick up my car. Staff was very polite and patient when I was tired and frustrated about the accident. One particular individual that went above and beyond was Amy Maxey. She is a jewel and a great assett to the entire company. Thank you again for all you did. Oh and by the way the car looks brand new.

Amy was wonderful to work with she answered all of my questions and was always very pleasant. When I picked up my car it was exactly how I expected the repairs to be. They cleaned my car above my expectations the tires shined and the inside was vacuumed better than I do it. I give all at Service King in Jackson TN a perfect 10.
