I thought that the service was very good. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was also very helpful. I hesitate to recommend the company because of the issue I had with the seat. It makes me wonder what else was missed and I worry about it every time I drive my car.

I was satisfied with the work that Service King did. However, they contracted out the repair on the seat and did not verify that everything was fixed when it was put back in the car. I had to have someone come out and hook up the electric seats and fix the head rest. The guy who fixed the headrest said that Service King did not want it replaced, but wanted him to try to fix it on his own. When I mentioned to him that it didn't feel right, he said it was "good enough." The headrest still feels loose.
