I had a great experience from start to finish. Jenny at the front office was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me informed and made everything easy and stress-free. Jack, the estimator, was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything about the repairs to my car. Jenny and jack were very amazing and super helpful to me! Jack kept me updated and he went into detail when I had a question and he had an answer to everything! And Jenny was super helpful when it came to insurance, I was confused on alot of the parts and I asked her about it and she walked me step by step on how to do it! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here!!

I had a wonderful experience at Crash Champions. I have to say a huge thank-you to Andria, who was assigned to my «case ». A wonderful young lady who was consistently ready to answer any of my questions - with genuine care and always a smile. In addition, I have to applaud Jenny, the receptionist at Crash Champions. She is a totally lovely lady and so helpful especially to someone (i.e. myself) who couldnt’t find how to open the gas refill « door » of their (my) rental car!! All in all, a great experience at Crash Champions. I totally recommend this company for car repairs. The best in Salt Lake City., I promise!
