This was a tough one. I was very disappointed with the length of time it took for my car to be completed, the automated system that just randomly sent supposed completion dates that were never accurate, and the lack of consistent and honest communication from the person originally signed to my job (Cameron). However, once the GM got involved things drastically improved and the final workmanship seems to have been good.

I was extremely impressed with how fast and how cost effective the repairs were. I was especially impressed with Andria Williams as the person I worked with. A+++ The Ford was the second vehicle that I had Crash Champions work on this week. Andria impressed me so much with how she took personal interest in the Acria that was repaired by Crash Champions that after it was finished I had Crash Champions repair my Ford truck. Today, when I picked up the Ford truck I left my Avalon to also have repairs made to it. Andria is a large part of the reason I use Crash Champions for all three vehicles. She clearly is an employee who is worth having and appreciating. Thanks Andria...
