Overall the experience was very good. I’m still trying to decide if the paint job is ok. The color is not a great match and there is a visible masking line on one of the repainted parts.

It would have been nice to know that once they looked at our car that’s the last we would see of it til it was completed. When we told them this, they said. Oh we hear that all the time. Duh!

I haven’t been able to see the completed repairs yet but I was very happy with the personal service, kind treatment, being kept up to date with the repair status, and the quick responses to any questions or concerns that I had.
