Initially I was told that I could get my car back on Monday 8/10 so I arranged for a ride to the shop. Just before leaving, they told me that my car was not ready and that when it did get ready they would call me. I had to let go of my ride. A couple of hours later they sent me a text saying that the car was ready and that I could pick it up. I had to call back to let them know that I didn’t have the ride so I had to go pick up the car today (a day later). This confusion could be avoided.
