I brought a running 2 month old 2026 Chevrolet Colorado to the Rawlinson Rd Crash Champions for repair of cosmetic damage on the hood of the truck. Seven days later after paying the insurance deductible, they returned the truck in limp mode unable to drive. The refused to tow the vehicle to my Chevrolet dealer and only gave me the name a phone number of a towing service that never returned my attempts to contact them. I secured towing the next day and the Chevrolet dealer repaired the truck in 2 hours. I will actively discourage anyone from using Crash Champions. BTW, the repaired hood looks fine.

I brought in my vehicle for a cosmetic body repair and they returned the vehicle in limp mode which required the the vehicle to be tower to a Chevrolet dealer for repair. They offered no assistance at all regarding the repair.

The repairs look just like that, a repair. I had to take my vehicle back the next day due to the side panels coming undone, and the door frame not fitting flush with the vehicle. I was told they had to adjust the doors, however once I got home I noticed it’s still not evenly lined with my car. You can see where the door frame still sticks out

I was concerned about the quality of the repairs done but was told my car was depreciated now due to the wreck and that it would never be the same so I should basically just take the car how it was now. Basically I could have the repairman look at it again but it was what it was.

The trunk area of my car rattles and shakes when I drive. It doesn’t seem to be a good fit where the repair was done. I already shared my concerns with the facility. The exterior work does look good.

I had 2 issues and received an attitude from the facility in response to both. One happened when my car was left outside with no trunk on it and the other when I received my car back and voiced my concerns.
