All of staff at the location on Lawrenceville Highway were very helpful in loading my items from my personal vehicle to my rental car. They were thorough and provided prompt service. They went above and beyond to communicate to me what part of the repair process my van was each day. This company gave me 5 star service.

The service and staff were impeccable!! Stephanie and Linda totally supported supported us through the experience - from the devastation of the car having been damaged so badly to dealing with the insurance company. The regular updates by text and phone were reassuring. I have already recommended this location to my co-workers and friends and will definitely be back if there is a need in the future. The sweet snack bag presented when the car was picked up was a special touch - it really made me feel like they cared about our experience. Most importantly, the car looked BRAND NEW!!! Outstanding work! Outstanding service!!!!
