The front desk agents need better training on Customer Care. Their personalities are very "bland" to say the least. They all have the personality of a rock. It's really unfortunate to have the frontline of Crash Champions appear to not enjoy working there. I have dealt with your location before in Sandy Springs, and the ambiance there at the front desk is far more superior in service.
