took my car to this shop to get a hole fixed, and overall, they did a good job with the repair. We paid upfront for the parts they needed to order, and they told us they would call once the parts arrived and were painted. At first, we were happy with their service, but after paying, we never heard back from them. After a while, we started to worry that we had been scammed. It wasn’t until we called them that they finally scheduled us to bring the car in. That said, once they actually did the work, the repair was well done, and we’re satisfied with the result. If they had just communicated better, this would have been a much smoother experience.

My Crash Champion experience was wonderful, everything was wonderfully done plus extra maintenance needed on my Vehicle. I have not one complaint, I was referred by two individuals, in order to have my Toyota Camry fixed. The front desk worker Jenny was beautiful with great energy, just as well as Chris one of the workers who fixed my vehicle. I will definitely come back if any personal issues come to part on my vehicle, hopefully I’m never in another car accident again, but if so knock on wood I’ll be coming back to CRASH CHAMPIONS for sure. Beautiful work done! ✅
