Best customer service - of any kind - I've had in years. Thank you. Repairs were fast, complete, great workmanship. Excellent post-care instructions - and I liked that Dave reviewed with me as well. Loved that you cleaned my car! APPRECIATED the text updates. Made me feel informed, included, and that you cared that I wanted to know how repairs were progressing, even though they were minor. Seamless rental car delivery/use, especially since all details were arranged late on a Friday. Nichole was amazing to work with! Courteous, swift, accurate, confident, knowledgeable, great smile. Dave was good to work with also. Thorough, kind, no pressure, kept me informed, always asked if I had questions. Great experience!
