From start to finish, Crash Champions we're very warm, welcoming and professional. They answered every question I had, and made my experience as easy as possible. I even got my car back a day early which was a big ask because I had to have a vehicle to get to work and my rental and given finish time was for Friday the day I worked. All in all, because of the service I would definitely use them again in the future. And a big thank you to everyone who helped fix my convertible top!

Not so good. MY car shakes after the reck I don't think they have a mechanic. All body shops should have a mechanic. The lady was very rude at the Champaign il location. I will never go back.

Overall, my experience with Crash Champions was fantastic. The staff was polite and kind, they fixed my car quickly, and the overall process was very stress free. The only irritant point is that I was not informed on the state of my car on Tuesday when the staff informed me that they released updates every Tuesday and Thursday. I had to call to get the update, which they were kind enough to give me and let me know the car was finished. But it would have been nice to receive the updates when it was noted that they would come.
