My car went to Crash Champions for wire damage under my hood caused by squirrels. This has happened to me multiple times and in the past I'd had my dealership do the repairs. I'm glad I went through CC this time around.I appreciated that they took the time to not only explain the damage but also to go over preventative measures I can take so I don't have to deal with the same problem in the future. So many auto shops I've been to in the past just hand over my keys when the repair work is complete, but CC isn't your typical auto shop. I was impressed at both the quality repair job and the excellent customer service. It's clear Crash Champions values it's customers.

We were asked if we wanted a full repaint, declined and asked only to replace the parts. We were still charged for paint that was never done. Otherwise, went well.
