I greatly appreciated the service I was given. I felt welcomed as if I was a part of the team/family at Crash Champions. The timely manner that I was able bring in my vehicle, without coming prior to inform the team was outstanding. Staying updated throughout the repair process was exceptional as well. Coming in to get my vehicle after it was repaired earlier than expected was phenomenal. The service at Crash Champions is outstanding. Great job guys!!

The car hadn’t even been given a basic cleaning. A bolt was missing from the rear wheel area, the license plate and fuel hydraulic system were faulty, there was an issue with the steering wheel, and the rear bumper was assembled incorrectly. It was an absolute mess. The worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Faith was great! However being told i was going to get a phone call multiple times, to talk about my car and I didn't get a single call back. I understand things come up but it was very unprofessional to say you would talk to the customer and never do.

Tony did an amazing job and went above and beyond setting up my windshield repair in addition to my other repairs. He took me to the rental car place. When I picked up my car they took care of having rental car people come and get it at his shop.
