My experience with Crash Champions has been absolutely amazing—especially compared to other companies I’ve dealt with in the past. From start to finish, their communication and turnaround time were top tier. Mallory at the front desk was incredibly sweet and patient, taking the time to walk me through the entire process and consistently keeping me updated on my vehicle repairs. That level of care made a stressful situation so much easier. Andy, the manager, was just as outstanding. When I had a concern after the repairs, he responded quickly and made sure a solution was found right away. His professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. I’ll change it once they fix the error cause they forgot to put the screws on and left old part on top of the new part that doesn’t even fit my car and that was defective
