The work that was done on my Lincoln is great. I was supposed to bring my other vehicle in to have it fixed but, I'm having 2nd thoughts because my deductible is $1,000 on nothing vehicles and the are not willing to give me a break on the deductibles. $2,000 and no consideration for me bring both vehicles in to get fixed. No thanks I will take my Infinity to another shop if I can't get a break on the deductible. I'll give that $1,000 to another shop. 🤨

Crash champions was an excellent company to deal with. they took care of my truck very well and fixed it up like nothing ever happened. It’s always an inconvenience when something like this happens, but Crash Champions made it a very easy process Haley and Jenni the two front desk. Workers were amazing. They helped me every step of the way informed me about what was going on with my truck daily. Would definitely recommend if you’re ever in an unfortunate event where you need to get your car truck fixed from a crash.

I have only had the vehicle for three days. So far the repairs seem high quality. I did find what appeared to be waxy liquid in the cup holders, a small smear on the driver's door window, and a "waxy film" on the dash controls for the radio and A/C controls.

When I dropped off the vehicle I was told that I would receive regular updates about my repairs. I receive two. One saying that the insurance company authorized the repairs and the second saying that my vehicle was ready for picup. Any other information I needed to get I had to call for updates.
