The repair to my vehicle was fine, they did an excellent job, however my car was returned with scratches on the trunk and back passenger light that weren't there before. I will returning today to see what can be done

I didn’t get any communication about my car , only when my car was ready. They said they would call and give an update. I was left not sure about anything, like about the work getting done or when the car will be ready.

We dropped the car off and from that day we never received a phone call, text message, no communication about the vehicle. I would have to call and ask for updates. No communication again until I called after 3 and a half weeks and I called to get an update.
