We dropped the car off and from that day we never received a phone call, text message, no communication about the vehicle. I would have to call and ask for updates. No communication again until I called after 3 and a half weeks and I called to get an update.

Wasn’t satisfied with color(didn’t match original color). I was told to bring back to match with the correct color, and it would only take maybe half a day, when in fact it took them almost three days to finish. There was poor communication as to what was taking them so long. Due to these circumstances I was left without transportation and unable to attend my appointments.
