The staff in the front office was very helpful. This was my first experience needing to bring a vehicle to be repaired and they assisted me through the entire process from speaking with the insurance company to arranging the pick up and drop off of the rental vehicle. Shelby met and explained all the company would do to repair the damage. While my vehicle was there, I received text updates about the progress. When my vehicle was completed, Shelby again explained what was done and what needs to be done to protect the paint over the next 30-90 days. This company’s service was outstanding. I am very glad I chose them for the repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their service.

This is a company of professionals. Front your first encounter to the last, the staff treats you with respect and explains every step along the way. There is no need for you to call them as you get text messages with updates along the way. My car was repaired, washed and returned looking as if it was coming from the showroom.

The front desk attendants acted like as if they did not care that we were there on multiple occasions. I would not recommend your establishment based upon the customer service.
