My Service Rep Scott was Awesome and the repairs are appropriate and look good. The oversight of damage during the initial assessment was a bit frustrating. Had I not gone to the repair shop to see my car before it was promised, then I would have had a significant issue. Also, the damage noted once the repair shop received a copy of the police accident report. This was part of the reason the completion date got pushed out 8 days in order to complete these repairs.

The overall repair process was good and the quality of the work performed was better than I expected. My Service Rep was very honest about the work being performed and the communication was appropriate.

My Service Rep was outstanding with follow-up communication regarding the work being performed; There was some hanky panky with my car regarding the lack of gas in my car when I picked it up. I had my car towed to the repair shop and it was NOT on empty when it arrived. I have not received a follow-up explanation.

Scott was very professional and friendly. He explained the process to me. He provided me with updates on the status of the repairs. The office staff were also professional and friendly. Crash Champions does live by its mission of setting high standards of customer service.

The repair i was satisfied. Wasn't happy with how long it took to finished. Had a rental car hadn't to turn it back in. But the days kept changing on me.for truck to be ready was not happy about that.

I appreciated being keep up date with my repairs. I would suggest that when ac components are removed that the ac be checked for cooling, but would say that I'm satisfied in general.
