If someone ever asked me for input on where they stick their vehicle, I’d give it a seven out of 10 that I would tell him that Crash Champions did a great job with actual repairs, but I have to warm about the communication

The repair looks great, if I didn’t have the before pictures then I would’ve never known something happened. I would like to say that communication was excellent, with the update texts pointing me to the repair status page, but the reality is that if I really wanted to communicate something I had to show up on the doorstep. When I did that, customer service was a perfect 10, top-of-the-line, but I just shouldn’t have to drive over there to make that happen in the beginning. I started to get frustrated because I never heard from them regarding what any progress, or an ETA on when the vehicle may be back. I left a couple phone messages, but never heard back. When I drove over there, I was asked if I hadn’t been getting the text messages, which I hadn’t. We had that fixed before I left. I didn’t need anything else until after I picked the vehicle up. I found a couple random bolts in my cupholder that I didn’t know where they went, but having leftover parts when I repair something isn’t new to me, so it didn’t bother me that much. I took the wait-and-see approach to waiting and seeing if it waiting and seeing was a good idea or a bad idea. The following day I noticed that my tonneau cover wasn’t shutting correctly. When I opened the tailgate to investigate, I found that all of the clamps on the passenger side had been removed, and they neglected to put four of them back on. I called and left some messages, but no one got back to me. Ultimately, I just figured out how to reattach the cover, put the two extra bolts in the glove compartment, and I’m gonna wait and see. If not for that, my rating would’ve been a 10 out of 10
