I was very satisfied with the work that was done, but the communication was awful & for the other comments I already mentioned. I will be notifying State Farm of all this information.

This would have been a 10 as the repair was excellent. However, the communication from the Goodyear center was awful. After 6 days with no update, I had to call them. I would've expected them to contact me. The people at the Thunderbird center were awesome.
