The work done was excellent. When the time came for me to pick up my car, I called to make sure it was ready. It was then I found out, that I wasn’t because a wrong part had been ordered. It would be 2 more days. Called ahead that day to pick up my car and found out it would be one more day. I felt CC should have called me. Also, never received pictures of work that was promised.

Jeff really stepped in to help assist when the insurance called to clarify a few things. I felt George could’ve been a little more communicative as we didn’t get an initial update until over a week of our car being there. Jeff is why I gave a 9 because he wasn’t even handling my car and stepped up to help!
