Took way to long for the a mount of repairs you had to do I check with other repair shops they said approximately 10 to 12 working days do you actually think 45 days was right? I don’t either our engine light is on. We do not have time to bring it back. We are leaving for Washington state for two hours 2 to 3 months. Contact you when we get back.

I would like to add that they should pay a little more attention to customer service, especially the front desk staff and also ensure that repair reports are ready on time. I picked up my car on July 2nd but I wasn’t give the reports.

The finishing work was sloppy, and the mounting brackets between the front fender and the vehicle were not installed, causing the plastic engine guard under the car to come loose and scrape against the right front wheel when turning left. The vehicle was then told to be in the quality control department for two days, as if it hadn't been inspected at all.
