They cannot keep an eye on the vehicle it leaves that shop and travels to the dealership for repairs. Only a storage point for wrecked vehicles.

Excellant service. The only problem I had was with the service progress notifications. Texts would say one thing and email another. Maybe the notice all came one way or another but they were inconsistent.
