My rating of 5 was because communication wasn't the best. 1st, you had my number incorrect, then my wife and I on 2 occasions left voicemails to call us back about the status on our vehicle and neither time did we get a call back; she had to come by the shop to finally get answers to our questions.

Not being able to do full mechanical work at your location is a negative. I requested a alignment and was told it had to be source out to discount tires. Due to their policies on the age of tires it could not be done.

I had an older vehicle and replacement parts were not readily available and my vehicle was with crash champions for almost 2 weeks. I didn't get a rental because I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed I didn't have the funds to do that so if this is a crash champion policy I would suggest changing that policy. Other than that staff and the work provided was good.

People are friendly but not always available. I showed up early for my appointments and the first time no one was around and the second time I was told that I was not expected until 10:30. This made me feel like I was unimportant.
