I took my truck in to have a sunroof track installed. I provided the part. My original estimate included the disassembly of the sunroof track and the installation of the new one. I was later advised that my part is a rebuild kit and that it would cost an additional $400 to have my truck sent to a third party to completely dissassemble my original part and assemble the new part. I advised to proceed. I then recieved an email stating that my windsheild had a rock ding that spread and broke when it was being removed to access the sunroof assembly and charged an additional $500. The manager was king to give a discount. After picking up my vehicle, I saw that the paaenger side interior door handle is now broken. I contacted Crash Champions manager via email the next day (May 16) and it has been nine days and I still have not received a response. I have had to file an insurtance claim on the windsheild - which my insurance company advised I could have had replaced for $265.00 including labor where I was charged about $500 by Crash Champions. I have always been pleased with the work I have had done there and planned to take my other vehicle in for hail repairs and continue to take my truck in for other body work, however, after this experience I am hesitant to do business here again.

The customer service, communication, and vehicle repair couldn’t have been better. My car took a little longer than expected, but that happens with parts. Once they got it in, it was a quick but quality turn around. Thank you staff and team.
