The service king location did as well as I could expect with the challenges they had. The program that keeps me notified of the progress is not accurate and therefore not pleasing! Either fix it or get rid of it. The people I spoke with never lied to me!

Vicente was incredible to work with. I asked to keep the scope of the work within a pretty narrow window, and he did all that I asked. His customer service provides the experience that every customer deserves. He deserves recognition for his ability to navigate customers requests and needs. He has very desired skills for the type of work he does, I would ensure you have a good retention plan for him if you plan to keep him around.
