I had a scratch on just one side of the car and when I brought my car in not only did they fix the doors where the major scratch was but also pulled out the dents in my fenders, both from and rear render that weren’t related to the initial accident. When I arrived to pick up the park Ethan brought it to the managers attention that my car had a sway bar issue and Rick the manager decided to service that issue free of charge. There was a real pride in their work to deliver the upmost quality service even if it was out of their way. I didn’t expect it and I didn’t think it was going to happen but that service was enough to know they take pride and have integrity to not leave me in a position where I may need the service again. Thanks again

Ion was an absolute lifesaver! I had to arrive on the later side, about 20 mins before close. When he heard me speaking to someone in the building about picking up my toyota rav, he immediately confirmed my vehicle and went to pull it up front for me. Ion walked me through the repairs and when I was letting him know I might have to leave the vehicle in the lot for an hour or two while I returned my rental vehicle, he offered to return it for me! It changed my whole day, I am very grateful.
