I am so happy that the arrowhead location was booked out so they sent me to the surprise location! It was much further away from my home but I’m glad I made the choice to go there. My contact Dennis was extremely great at communicating the process and updates throughout the time they had my vehicle. The front desk lady was always super welcoming and asked me about my day. Even the manager came out to talk to me and introduce himself. When I picked up my car the first time they thought that they had fixed the traction issue. When I drove off the light came back on. I really was concerned on how they would handle this and if I would get lots of push back. Instead Denis apologized to me spoke with his manager and had me return the vehicle to make sure they addressed my concerns. They always had rental car on the way so I never had to call enterprise. They even helped me move my bulky car seats. I hope I never get into another car accident but if I do I know where I’m going to get it fixed! They should be rewarded for their great, friendly, efficient service!!

Dennis and his team did a wonderful job ! The paint job was gorgeous and i was so impressed that my car looked so great. I felt so taken care of after my accident. I also appreciated the air in my ties and that they vacuumed my car out. I’ll will be referring my family and friends to Service King !
