We can’t say enough good things about Mike! He treated us like royalty! His compassion and professionalism for his customers is truly outstanding! He went over, above and beyond to help us get our truck fixed without any problems or issues! He coordinated with our insurance and also with Enterprise for a rental car so he could get the truck right in and get it repaired and back to us! He explained everything up front and was in constant contact with us throughout the process! He even helped us coordinate a windshield replacement with our insurance and Safelight while it was at the shop to make that process easier for us! Mike is truly an amazing asset to Crash Champions, and we would recommend everyone to your company because of our incredible experience with him! A true professional!!
