Very poor communication. I had to call them more than once to get an update on my vehicle. My vehicle was not ready when it was supposed to be and they still didn’t even call me to tell me that. They definitely don’t at least try to clean the vehicle and lastly, they never notified Enterprise that I picked up my vehicle and that they needed to come and pick up theirs. Therefore, Enterprise called me and was charging me for keeping a rental that I do not have. Therefore worst experience ever and I flat out told someone else not to use this company that just wrecked their vehicle and asked me where I went. I actually recommended Caliber Collision and that’s what who I usually use and I just have stuck with them. Horrible service and extremely inconvenience.
