The staff provided updates throughout the repair which only took under a week. They provided great and fast work. The repair itself looks fantastic and our Highlander hasn't looked this great since we bought it. Rest of the car was heavily detailed inside and out. Nothing but great things to say about this experience.

Took 5 weeks to get a proper tear down and estimate. Sat for 2 weeks cause you didn't know how to move it. Now I'm out of rental come Wednesday and no vehicle. No communication unless I forced it. Said I would get a call every Tuesday and Friday. That didn't happen at all. Just a terrible experience
