Words donot give justice too everyone involved. Attention to detail is key to any transaction. Customer service and that focus is what makes your team as far as I am concerned the best in the country. The second people forget is only the beginning of the end for one's employment and business. If all businesses operated as well as smoothly as your team there success would have no limits. The scary part is it is common Sense. The Golden rule. Treat people as you would want to be treated. Part of the problem in our country. Politics is not the problem it's simply living the golden rule. That being said. Consider me your personal free advertising agent to the world. I would recommend 100% for everyone to go to Crash Champions. I couldnt be happier. I advised my roommate, and my parents were impressed with them. Of course my parent remembering the old Robbie's shop, this was the perfect team to take over, and supersede the reputation of the location.

They did an amazing job! Kenny, the manager, was beyond friendly, professional, and communicated with me every step of the way. Usually when you get your car repaired, there is always a breakdown in communication. With Kenny and his team, I have never felt more comfortable. Honestly, I am not the greatest with cars, but it is amazing what outstanding customer service can do to ease your mind when it comes to car repair. It can be scary, overwhelming, and not reassuring. The whole team broke all those fears in me.

Kenny, Jess, and the repair team were on top of their game, and made me feel so at ease. Kenny could not have been friendlier, his communication skills and follow-up cannot be matched. Jess the receptionist is fantastic. I stated in my previous review, "they blew me away with their service." I was worried, devastated, and hurt by what happened with my car. I brought the car to one mechanic and he said the car was totaled. I wanted a second opinion, and the moment I brought the car to the shop, Kenny assured me in the first 5 minutes that they could fix it. I cannot tell you how amazing it feels to hear those words and have a shop manager treat you as an equal and not as a dollar sign.
