There was a big snow storm the day before I was supposed to drop my car off, so my appointment was pushed back to the next available day, which was 4 days later. When I dropped it off on the new date, I was told that it would not even be worked on until 4 days later. This process was a little frustrating since I was hoping to have the car repaired a week earlier than when it was actually ready.
