Would push to 8 assuming no further comments on repair after fully complete. Would have voted higher if not for the delays and the need to regularly follow up myself.

A clip or two were not properly secured and there is a missing piece which makes it difficult to review if the repair was truly done well. There is some "sagging" to some parts that may or may not be related to said missing piece.

Had to repeatedly follow up on many topics, and often was given a commitment that was then not followed through with later (for example, will call you tomorrow, but waited 2 days and had to call them as I was not contacted).
