Could not have been better! The car looks brand new, and there is no sign at all that it was in an accident --- kudos to the technician who worked on it; he did a great job. I was also impressed with the two folks I had contact with ... I'll say the receptionist and the customer representative (and my apologies if I got the titles wrong). They were courteous, possessed of great patience, and totally professional.
